Addie Moore Morrow, MA, LPC, a retired Community College Professor / counselor, CEO, Solutions and Training, INC, focused on violence prevention, racial conversation, mental health counseling, a Solution[1]Focused Trainer, and more than forty-five years as a school educator. Completed Eastern Michigan University, Bachelor of Science in Political Science, English Literature, hold Secondary Teacher Certification. Western Michigan University, Master of Arts, Guidance, Counseling, and Personnel. She attended the University of Michigan in Counseling, and Guidance, Awards: Educational Policy Fellowship, Distinguished Faculty Award, and Salute To Excellence.

Roberta Davidson Williams was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. She completed her tertiary education in the USA with a Bachelor's of Science in Plant and Soil Sciences from Tuskegee Institute in Alabama.
